I have a large 3 bedroom town house situated on a new estate house is about 8 years old i have large living room on back with patio doors leading to back garden recently had all back garden dug up slabbed an stone. Long hallways off living room with small toilet with sink in at front also kitchen is not very big up stairs is 2 large bedrooms an a family bathroom all recently decorated too. Up next stair large bedroom and another room which is a dressimg room into an ensuite bathroom. Not a lot needing to be done just touchup here an there. Side of house is a car park for 2 car spaces
I will condiser kford bromley lane wordsley must be a large 3 bedroom or a 4 bedroom. Reluctant to move but we want to buy in future an we cant buy this as its housing assossiation
