I am looking for a three bedroom property in Birmingham for a family. The property must have downstairs toilet and if possible two reception rooms. My client needs to be near to Birmingham children's hospital as a member of the family requires medical care. We are offering a 2 year AST and they can afford to pay between £570.00 and £600.00 per month.
