Hi, always found these ad's quite pointless but thought I'd give it a try as I'm in desperate need at moment.
In need of renting a two bedroom property, must accept pets, I have one dog, well behaved and wouldn't damage the house, and wont roam free around property. she's well trained and isn't a nuisance ( Im a clean freak ! )

Must accept dss, As I do claim benefits,however I'm a respectable clean well presented decent young lady , I can provide two working guarantors, of good character,and good jobs, with regular decent income.

Property must be of any Sandwell area,Or some dudley areas, Maybe other surrounding areas too.
