Small Flicker Scooter in Black and White, brakes work perfectly. I am not sure why but the handles no longer fold down I am sure this can be fixed but it does not affect the use of the scooter at all. Item has been kept outside so is showing signs of fading but other than this it still has plenty of life left in it.
