Here I have a Pulse Adrenaline 125 frame which has been sat in the garden under a cover for longer than I can remember, The VIN is visible as pictured, however I do not know the registration number and I have no v5 with it either, Great if there is a crack in your frame and need a replacement or for a project. DVLA also may be able to identify it and tell you the reg but I'm not sure.

I've also got a lot of Pulse Adrenaline 125 parts, just ask.
