Home urgently needed, as my landlady wants her house back and it is much to large for our needs now.
Happy to take undecorated, etc.. And do it myself at NO cost to the landlord.

Prefer a house, with a garden (would love garden to be semi or fully grassed.
As long as it has decent windows, running water, gas and electric, and plumbing for washing machine..honestly that is all I need.
Prefer a quiet road.
I can supply 3 guarantors,
A deposit and rent in advance, plus a reference from my current landlady.
Any area considered, but prefer Dudley, as I have family there.
Please note :- no time wasters please, looking to move in, on or before 4th July.
Quiet, clean, non smoker, non drinker, no criminal record, no drugs etc.
House must be in good condition, with regard to foundations, roof etc... NO damp, NO mould, NO subsidence. I've had enough of this already.
Please help, I'm ready to go as soon as possible. Private landlords preferred.
