HR Officer Wolverhampton £28,000 - £30,000 A leading manufacturing business is seeking a HR Officer to provide a holistic generalist service to a diverse internal customer base of c300 employees. Working as part of an established HR function you will be instrumental in driving improvements throughout the function, whilst acting as the first point of contact for staff across the business in order to provide advice, guidance and a range of HR services. Working within this fast paced environment you will engage with several senior stakeholders, having to upskill and educate them so they are better informed and more capable to make their own decisions regarding their own people issues.
