Remove the existing 2 bowls and replace with stainless steel 1 piece sink and taps that are already purchased and on the premises. Repair/fix bedroom loft type window. It needs adjusting to open fully as it only opens about 2". A velux type window. I would estimate only 1 full days work todo both jobs.
