2005 Kia Sportage CRDI. 2.0 diesel.

Up for sale is my wife's Kia Sportage. The car is mechanically perfect and is the top spec model. It runs like the day it was new and has never missed a service. All stamps are present in the book and it was last serviced in May of this year. It had the timing belt and all idlers plus tensioner changed in August 2015 (approx 2000 miles ago) which is very important when looking at one of these as its up to a £1000 job at the dealers due to to the complexity of the engine layout. It's a 10yr / 100000 mile belt so you won't need to worry about getting it done again. At the same time as the timing belt it had a new water pump, aux belt and tensioner (it didn't need them it just made sense to do them due to the labour involved). Receipts are available for this.
Cosmetically the car is in generally good condition. There are a couple of minor marks here and there commensurate with age and being a family car. I will try and photograph them as best as I can. There is no major damage to the bodywork. The worst is the corner of the back bumper which really needs painting (will include picture) and a very small dent in tailgate. The interior is in good condition. The rear seats have some indentations where child seats have always been but these should relax themselves when left without seats. Everything works as it should. The car is still in everyday use.

Has a FULL MOT with no advisories (done this week)

To summarise this car is in perfect working order. It starts, goes and stops exactly as it should. The engine is very quiet with no smoke or nasty knocks. It starts hot or cold first turn of the Key and I would gladly drive this car anywhere with absolute confidence. The bodywork is presentable (it's 11 years old).
